When we arrived we were informed immediately that they were running behind because of an emergency. While we waited to be called back Dr. Raj apologized for the delay and let us know it would only be 5-10 more minutes. I have been taking my pets to this vet for the last 5 years and I am very happy with their service. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Dr. Raj is the best around. Our dogs got into a bit of a fight. Long story and puppy was the one left the wounds compliments of an elder dog that is quite ornery in her age. They got us in asap gave her excellent treatment as normal. 9 staples and 14 stitches later, she is on the mend.
I am the founder of a cat rescue and have always used this clinic. Now that my rescue is an hour away we still make the trip there. Dr. Raj and Dr. Jess are incredibly compassionate and very good at what they do. Going here is worth every penny I always feel my cats are safe with them.
I have an outdoor cat, Peanut Butter who showed up with an injected ear. Since he is not handled much they went slow and calmly with him. They figured out what was wrong quickly and cleaned up the infected ear and checked on the other ear. Everything went nice and smoothly. They are kind and compassionate people.
The staff is always very pleasant and helpful! Dr. Raj is wonderful with our cats, knowledgeable and takes his time with you. Not to mention they have great hours and will get you an appt fast if needed! Highly recommend!
Been taking my fur kids here for years. Never had an issue. I like that they’re open late and can get you in quick for appointments. Their prices did go up, due to inflation. But they still have lower costs than other places in Toledo. And the quality is not cut down, the techs and vets are patient and very knowledgeable!
